A Festival for Charlotte’s Creative Community
South End Soul is a 5 day celebration of design, art and innovation anchored in Historic South End to highlight Charlotte’s creative community. South End Soul is an evolution of the popular Art and Soul event, this festival engages Charlotte’s creative community and invites visitors to experience and engage in a variety of events that celebrate the innovation of the district and the city.
South End Soul brings together individuals and organizations from across the design spectrum and provides a forum for Charlotte’s creative community to explore issues, showcase ideas and generate business with a regional (and someday national) audience.
Over the course of the five days select from more than 50 events ranging from open studios, creative discussions (PechaKucha Night), cooking demos, Slow Food wine and dine, live music, NARI home remodeling expo, design competitions, gallery crawls, lectures and how to sessions, indoor/outdoor markets, boutique furniture sales, wine and beer tastings, fashion show, bike gallery crawl, Art in the AM and much more.
