Pistachio tuile and goat cheese boursin, roasted tomatoes and a Banyuls vinaigrette.

Mediterranean Salad
Chopped romaine and crisp vegetables with olives, peppadew peppers and quail eggs. Tossed with a creamy lemon parmesan dressing and served with crisp herb lavash.

Choice of:

Niman Ranch Pork Costolette
Pork tenderloin cutlets over spaghetti peperonata topped with a micro parsley salad and saba.

Oven Roasted Ashley Farms Chicken
Glazed with orange blossom honey over Bellavitano cheese polenta with haricot verts and a light jus.

Mushroom Bolognese
Mixed chopped forest mushrooms slow-cooked with diced vegetables and tomatoes over parppardelle pasta.
