The Arena is home to the NBA’s Charlotte Bobcats and ECHL's Charlotte Checkers. The Charlotte Area Transit System will provide Gold Rush service for individuals attending Bobcat NBA basketball games. Gold Rush is a free service operating in Uptown Charlotte for people who want to ride from their car to the new Uptown arena.
CATS will operate two Uptown shuttle services, starting one and a half hours before game time.
The Gold Rush Red Line will operate from the parking areas near Gateway Center via Trade to the arena.
The Gold Rush Orange Line will operate from the Morehead/South Tryon area via Tryon to 9th Street.
