Great location and great staff. I really feel comfortable and appreciate the group exercise offerings and facility. The staff bends over backwards to help their clients. The facilitiy is state of the art. Elements and its staff are committed to addressing the needs of women. We're fortunate to have a location in the uptown area.

Lost 20 pounds since I've joined! Convenient location, cordial staff, motivated personal trainers, exciting classes, and user friendly equipment. The energy is so positive, I love going to work out. I really like the locker room setup with the infered sauna and complimentary hair and skin products. They even have hair dryers and curling irons which is one of many ways Elements demonstrates its committment to addressing the needs of women.

Great, conveniently located facility with a wide variety of classes. Instructors/Trainers customize classes/personal training sessions for your individual level. Everyone is so upbeat, supportive and energizing. It’s like working out at your girlfriend’s house! I no longer have a excuse for skipping the gym!

I love this gym! The classes are great and offer such a variety. The personal trainers and staff are helpful and nice too. This is a perfect place for any woman looking to get in shape in a friendly and supportive environment.

OMG! The facility is like that! I especially love the Walking Boot Camp and Hip Hop class. Alot of variety and attention to detail. Hip music, personable staff and flat screen televisions....it doesn't get any better than that!!
